We would recommend this calcium magnesium plus D3 liquid. It's easy to take - MUCH easier and more pleasant that swallowing a bunch of capsules or tablets. The taste is pleasant (light citrusy vanilla). Since I've only been using it for a month I won't say if there are any long-term benefits (plus I take other supplements) but I would recommend to a friend!We would recommend this calcium magnesium plus D3 liquid. It's easy to take - MUCH easier and more pleasant that swallowing a bunch of capsules or tablets. The taste is pleasant (light citrusy vanilla).
