After receiving Piping Rock's version of this product I notice it is a stronger mix than a competing brand. I take six tabs before bed and it really helps me sleep better without the giant wakeups swings I get when using melatonin. Besides the Calcium and Magnesium, the D3 is a bonus needed in my diet anyway!After receiving Piping Rock's version of this product I notice it is a stronger mix than a competing brand.
