My husband and I have used Whey fit for years. It tastes great and is healthy all good ingredients. It is well worth the price. I recommend it for anyone. We are both seniors, my husband is still an avid weight lifter he has always noticed a difference in his strength and how he feels. I used it while I was working to get me through my long physical job days. I am retired now and use it to stay healthy.My husband and I have used Whey fit for years.
