In the last several years I have tried a few brands of Valerian to help calm my mind at night so I'm able to sleep. None of the brands I tried helped at all, until I tried this one. I am almost through the first bottle of Piping Rock Valerian Root extract capsules. I like them very well, and was especially happy to find the higher dosage on these capsules. Now I can take just one capsule instead of two as I needed while using other brands. Plus the price is lower and the quality seems just as good as the more expensive brands. I bought this for my husband and I, we sometimes have problems falling asleep and this product definitely relaxes us a lot! It helps us go to bed, especially if we each take 2 or more.
