I should but haven't taken it on the daily basis, but when I do, I can feel the difference. I'm not good with taking my supplements every single day because I forget too, even though my co-board is full of vitamins. LOL But I eat healthy and my job requires constant physical activity. But when I do take the Horse Chestnut, I can feel the difference. I plan to try a little harder in taking it for the next few days, and I might get back to you on how good it really is.
