This product is very effective in calming stressful moments we all have. It's very helpful to take this at night as well to help you to have a more peaceful rest. I noticed results after the very first does. I take one in the early afternoon to take off the edge, and to feel at peace, and I take one about an hour or two before bedtime. I really recommend this for anyone that is stressed out, and does NOT want to take synthetic type medications. I believe in the natural approach always when there is a safer alternative. GABA makes me feel so good I just feel like I'm cheating at life. I feel so calm and happy and I can 100% feel its effects about 30 minutes after taking it. I've been buying this for over a yesr now. It's not a sleeping medicine, but I do rest and sleep so much better since I started taking it. I ran out once, and I could tell the difference. I bought this under the recommendation of a friend who also has trouble staying asleep all night. This brand of GABA works for me! It relaxes my nerves at the end of a busy day. I also like the fact that there are 100 quick release caplets! So they’ll last me a good little while.
