I love Pipping Rock’s Coral calcium. This bottle comes packaged nicely with 200 capsules of 1000mg of Coral Calcium Complex. The capsules not too big and one can easily swallow them without difficulty. Each (2) quick release capsules provide 100 servings per container, 5mg vitamin C, 10mcg Vitamin D, Magnesium Oxide and Citrate 56mg, and of course 1000mg Caribbean Coral Calcium. I feel that by taking this product on a daily basis as directed my bone health has improved over the past year. Taking these capsules far out weights the nasty liquid calcium supplements currently on the market. I feel the quality of the product is 5 star. Shipping was quick and the value for my money was right on. I definitely recommend this product to others.I love Pipping Rock’s Coral calcium. It works, I guess
I am using this for at least one year and I think it works - at least on my fingernails. They grow so fast that I have to cut them every other week. Otherwise they get way to long.
