Its from the sea, and it is from whole foods, so this cant be wrong! Take a try, Me and my girlfriend use it for the best calcium absorption, what our body can get. It has vitamin D added, it is great, only the vitamin K is missing from this great mineral. So if You take this with the right amount of magnesium, and add some vitamin K /best from chlorella algae/ , this can be one of the best multi mineral pack!Its from the sea, and it is from whole foods, so this cant be wrong! I was looking for something to keep from taking those hard to swallow powdery Calcium tablets. Those seem to just sit in my stomach. Ugh! But these are great! You also get D3 and Magnesium.
