It has vitamin D added, it is great, only the vitamin K is missing from this great mineral. So if You take this with the right amount of magnesium, and add some vitamin K /best from chlorella algae/ , this can be one of the best multi mineral pack!Its from the sea, and it is from whole foods, so this cant be wrong!
