I was reading about the benefits of cinnamon and decided to add it to the regimen of supplements I take daily. It's hard to know individually what benefits it provides, but I can certainly say that the Piping Rock products are first class and prices virtually unbeatable - even including shipping costs from the U.S. Together with a regular training regime and healthy eating, I have enjoyed ongoing good health for a sustained period of time.
